Ordering Options

We have made two easy options for your ordering experience:

• Online, of course. Please browse the products, add them to your cart, and checkout. We will fulfill your order ASAP.
• Phone. Call us toll free at (800) 939-1149 or local at (231) 733-1286. Our salespeople are ready to take your phone order Monday thru Friday 10AM to 6PM EST.

Accepted Credit Cards

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit cards. To insure your security, every order is address verified. We can only ship to your billing address. Institutional , goverment and other buyers where that is not possiable should call (231) 733-1286 to speak with a sales associate to make special arrangements to process your order.

U.S. only online orders

We will ship most items by UPS Ground for $6.75. UPS Next Day and UPS 2nd Day is also available at an additional charge.

Our automatic address verification will reject orders from a non US address or a charge against a credit card issued outside of United States . We welcome Canadian orders, however those must be processed manually. Canadian customers please call 1 (800) 939-1149.

Sales Tax

We will collect 6% Sales Tax on all orders from or shipped to Michigan.
